Thanksgiving

 Thanksgiving was such a great time. My entire family let me cut in line because they knew I was deprived from a home cooked meal.  The food was sooooo good ! I had about four plate fulls and I couldn’t stop eating the apple pie. We all watched the lions game and oh my god they beat their asses sooooo bad. Like they literally should’ve just stopped the game. After the game we all made my grandma a card and read them to her. it was our first time doing it and we could tell she greatly appreciated it. I honestly thought she was going to cry but thankfully she didn’t because we all would’ve cried a river. We’ve all never seen her cry before so It would’ve really been a night to remember. Im thankful for all my family members and all their time spent preparing thanksgiving dinner for us all.

Later that night they began to talk even more ,and happened to be just a like in many ways, their interest, and personalities were the same. Days pasted by and she continued to visit the store, soon she invite him to a party, but considering he always worked at night he had to attend the party virtually. As weird as it sounds she was actually willing to carrying him around on her computer and act as though he was actually there. She introduced him to all her friends and they ended up ending the night falling asleep virtually together. A few days later Clay “spent more time with Kat…. We played video games. We made out” (Sloan 76). As you can see it didn’t take that much for Clay to win her over. They even hooked up one night and he described her as “a beautiful naked-girl-shaped gargoyle, although it sounds weird, and like an insult, it actually was a compliment. Weeks went by and they became closer, and closer, soon Kat became his. When he first saw her he just knew he had to win her over, and so he did. Although their life styles are different, their similarities over ruled their differences, and made Kat actually attracted to him, which caused him to win her over. Clay’s pursuit of love was quite easy and he truly found his soul mate.

Clay Johnson, a recently unemployed logo designer graduate from San Fransico that now works at a twenty four hour book store wins over Kat Potente. The successful, intelligent beautiful girl with chestnut colored hair that works at google, and she’s attracted to Clay? What does it take to win her over? It all started one night during Clay’s night shift, Kat was just waiting for her bus, and decided to take a look in the store because she had a coupon that she had found online made by Clay. When she had came into the store Clay had instantly started to have a crush on her, and began to get nervous. Clearly he wasn’t use to being around pretty girls so he started to freak out because he didn’t even know how to talk to girl, he started to express his feelings for her in his head “ Google’s astonishing advertising algorithms has delivered me a supercute girl, and I have no idea what to do with her “( Sloan 51). Moments later Kat notices Clay’s laptop with the 3-D book store model that he had been working on, and that’s when it all began. She asked what it was, and Clay hesitated to tell her what it was because he didn’t want to seem nerdy, but he just went for it. Surprisingly enough Kat was just as nerdy as he was.  She begins to analyze his model and started to de-code the source code. She figured out the bug that he had been struggling with for hours so quickly.
